    Wha-a-a-t??!!!! This is ridiculous that we are spending our money for Chinese whores. This is a great stimulus for our economy!

        To be fair I don’t believe this was part of the Stimulus Package not that the Stimulus Package is turning out to be anything other than a slush fund for pet government projects. Notwithstanding, I found this quote to be interesting:

        Phase one of the China study will examine "alcohol use/abuse and related sexual risk among FSWs in China," according to the abstract -- a cold hard look at why prostitutes engage in dangerous sex while drunk.
        I really don’t know what to write…
