I'm headed up Saturday with a group of 5. I believe Davies is pitching. I look forward to it. Hopefully they recover from what was a dreadful road trip. I hate the west coast swings as the games start so damn late. I missed most of them this last week. At least we're still in first!

Moose, I believe they plan on pitching Hoch. Hopefully, he has a better outing this time around. I wish I could have gone to tomorrows game. Would LOVE to watch Zackkkkkkkkkk pitch.

Last I heard they're looking at a 9pm start time. Either that or removing the tarp at 9. I'm kinda hoping they don't play. Although I have a friend up there with his in-laws for tonights game...

I tried to go to sleep but just couldn't do it. Zack has pitched alright. Given up one run through 6. Looks like he'll pitch the 7th but after that who knows.

Jacobs and Olivo both hit some nice bombs in the 4th. Good to see the Royals hitting athe ball a bit.

I was happy to see the Royals bats come alive again last night.

I must say the K looks fantastic. We had a blast watching BP from in front of the RF Fountains. With the exception of all the kids down there CONSTANTLY yelling at every player to throw them a ball. What made it even worse was when they were calling the guys by the wrong names...

We had a lot of fun with Guthrie as Baltimore was taking BP. He seemed like a pretty good guy and was fun to talk to. It would have been better if we didn't have the racists above us constantly poor coments about the Japanese and mocking Uehara(sp).

Even though they lost we had a lot of fun. Got to try out Gates before the game. Too bad the game wasn't as exciting as the one on Sunday. The suicide was great.

I went Thursday night -- Ladies' Night -- and didn't make it to our seats until the 7th inning. We went early and got one of the rooftop tables in the Party Deck. We had a perfect view of the ballgame. It was awesome.

Also, another way to save at the K: when you buy $50 worth at HyVee, you can show your receipt at HyVee, and purchase 1/2 price tickets.
