Not to mention the thoughts of Obama nominee Harold Koh who believes the US should be subject to international law and that it should trump the US Constitution

This isn't something I ever really thought too much about until recently when Koh was nominated by PBO. I'm really quite concerned now as I find out more. The movement doesn't really surprise me when I sit back and think about some of the stances on the far left but it still scares the hell out of me that PBO and company could in fact push us that direction.
