    The driver better spend a very long time in prison. However, with CA freeing inmates due to costs he probably won't spend as much as he deserves. When he gets out he should never be allowed to drive again

      I think the minimum is like 55 years in prison for him, even if they take away his license he will probably still be on the road; he was driving on a suspended license at the time of this crime anyway. :ohno:
