I'm actually gonna root for Houston. I have a hard time rooting for the White Sox after what a couple of their fans did a few years ago to the KC Royal 1st base coach. I still kinda hold that against them.

I was at the Houston game the other night when Pujols cranked that home run in the 9th inning. Talk about bursting a bubble.

        Neither.

I`m a loyal Royals fan if their is such a term. Followed the Cardinals this post season thinking they`d win it all but that never happened.

As a Royals fan I can't stand the Sox. Go Astros.

I almost always root for the American League unless it's the Yankees.

Impressive to see a grand slam. Those are rare in World Series games. 8) 8) 8)

Astros were good enough to beat Cards but are sucking the last 2 games.

I think "sucking" is a little harsh. They were beat twice but both were pretty close games. The Astros bullpen is usually very good. They just didn't come through last night. Both games could have gone either way.

I wouldn`t be the first person to have used the term sucking.

                    Lidge isn`t good.

I agree that Lidge is overrated. As a team though, the Astros do not suck. That postion is reserved for teams like the Royals, Tigers, Devil Rays, etc. Lidge scares me every time he comes in. He's not the shut-down closer they make him out to be.

He did a pretty good job during the regular season. He's definately better than what he showed during the Series.
