last night was good. Hopefully there is some carry over.

The top 3 of the rotation has been nails. Ponson even though he shouldnt be in there has been different and Ho Ram needs to be in the bullpen. But after his last couple of relief apperances im not sure that would be good for him either.

The good thing about us doing all of our hitting of not the best pitching is that it will help with the confidence when we go up against big time pitching. At least IMO

The Royals have the pitching staff to make a run now the bats just need to follow through.
Losing Gordon for practically the summer isnt good but at least we have some depth which will help ease that.

Greinke is amazing in the mastery of his different pitches. That slow curve is nasty! 34 straight shutout innings is unbelievable.

KC now up 5-3 after a DeJesus solo homer down the RF line

Cruz is in to pitch the 7th. Davies recovered nicely and pitched pretty well. After walking 4 in the first he went on to walk one more thru 6 and struckout 8 while only giving up one more run.

I hope Cruz is planning on pitching two innings today. If not I hope Mahay comes in for the 8th as I don't really want to see Farnsworth pitch in a close game in this ballpark.

Good news, it looks like Mahay is warming up to come in IF Cruz comes out.

Do we really need Mahay to come in and pitch to Hamilton? Our righties have done a GREAT job the entire series and Cruz was pitching well. This scares me as I'm afraid Hillman is going to bring Farnsworth in to pitch the 8th instead of sticking with Mahay.
