The president of the firm I work is a very active WSU booster (10 MBB season tickets in one of the the highest $$ SASO ranges) and has the family name posted on the campus in several spots. I'd be willing to bet there's not a regular SN poster that sniffs the level of clout and influence this individual possesses in the Wichita community. He's an extremely social person in his free time and has the pulse of what's going on in this town like no one I've ever personally known.

He's heard nothing... nada. Looked at me like he thought I was telling a joke and waiting for the punchline, when I asked him about it.

He could be BSing me, but I doubt it as that's not his personality MO, at least in my experience interacting with him on a daily basis. He could have no knowledge of the situation, but that's even less likely.

Again, I'll throw out my disclaimer here: I'd be ECSTATIC if I was proven wrong. Until then, this thread is nothing more than an immature, "neener-neener", fluff thread.
