  • Obama to delay his tax hike

Looks to me like an admisson that raising taxes hurts the economy.

What? We have no room in the oval office for someone with the hubris to change their mind after a few months have gone by and situations change!

Once you've made a decision, you better stick with it no matter how bad it appears over time!

cough Iraq cough deregulation cough trickle-down cough
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

            Keep crying, you still lost...

Get used to it, it's going to be a long time before Republicans are the majority anywhere of any importance. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Keep thinking that. In 2-4 years you might very well have to revise your outlook.

It won't take long before the majority of average, mainstream Americans figure out that the Republican party, even at it's leaderless, discombobulated state, represents their wants and needs exponentially closer than the laundry list of elitist, special interest groups who run the Democratic party, you're in trouble.

When statistics show the median American doesn't support the following...

              -warming-over of illegal immigration
              -affirmative action
              -welfare disbursements
              -union pandering
              -non-market-driven energy policy
              -gay "rights"
              -abortion as birth control
-restrictions on the use of public lands

...how long do you guess it takes for them to figure out they voted for rhetoric over substance, after legislation in support of the above is pushed though?
