It's the admission that presidents don't typically bring about "change". Congress and it's willingness to either work with or against him does.
Oh, there will be change, but it won't be all unicorns and rainbows like Obama supporters dream of.
Real change (and I'm talking the type of change that can alter the direction of a fully-loaded freighter) from the executive branch can only come from a truly radical candidate. As we've seen with the Bush admin, it can also come through national trajedy that lets them get away with things while the electorate's emotions are driving their brains.Comment
