Whether it be 200k, or 250k, it doesn't really matter to me, either way my taxes are going down. And if he's lying to us, oh well, can't be any worse than all the lies Bush has fed us over the last 8 years.

I'll guarantee you that if you're a college grad, in a respectable field with a decent job and career, there's no way in you-know-where that your net tax burden will be going down in a BO administration.

Plan to sell any personal or real property worth anything in the next four years? I hope not. If so bring along a jar, err tub, of vasoline.

Do you plan to continue to use electricity, natural gas, and gasoline in the next four years? Yes? Well, get ready for an increase in those costs, just so that some emotion-over-reason nutwhack in a penthouse in NYC can sleep better at night.

Good attitude. Whatever happens, happens. If your employer is a small business, he will not feel guilty when he has to lay your butt off.

Jack Welch said if you want to know what an Obama economy would look like, take a peek at the sorry state of affairs in Rhode Island, where corporations have been driven out with a similar plan.

Rhode Islands taxes are so high it's no wonder they have the highest unemployment rate in the Union at nearly 9%.

I can **** in a box and mark it GUARANTEED, but then all you have is a guaranteed box of ****.

Sure, I plan to use gas, electricity...blah blah the next 4 years, but my family uses far less than most people, so when prices go up or down...it doesn't have much of an effect on me either way. It does however give me a good laugh to watch people fill up their 12 MPG SUV's at $4 per gallon and complain about not having any money.

I can GUARANTEE my taxes will NOT go up under Obama and most likely are going to go down. Honestly that's not even why I'm voting for Obama, the main reason is I don't want another 4 years the same as the last 8.

That's silly. No matter who you vote for the next 4 years will be different than the last 8.

So, Obama is going to implement a tax plan by executive order? How is he going to circumvent the Constitution to pull that off?

Ooops. I forgot. He's the messiah. He can change the rules.

You actually believe this? If so, I've got a whole bunch of land in the Mekong Delta for sale.
A simple question for you... If business is forced to pay higher taxes, where do you think they are going to make up the difference in their profit ratio?
You don't actually think they are going to absorb the cuts do you?
                  Do you?
Please tell me you are not that naive.
You may initially pay less taxes, but you will pay MORE for goods and services in the long run compared to the initial cut.
                  It's a fact of life.
Maybe you aren't old enough to remember this, but we've been through this before. It's called the Carter years.

I'm not so sure about that. Maybe a slight difference between McCain and Bush, but not much there the way I see it.

When you say want a change from the past 8 years, you have to also accept the possibility, or perhaps likelihood, the next 4-8 years could be change for the worse.
