Judge tosses lawsuit challenging Obama citizenship

    The reason given:

Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."
So the Constitution is too vague?

So, who exactly can bring a case like that? The judge just basically said no one can.

Should Obama be elected, that suit needs to be re-filed the next day, along with a signed petition of voters who agree with the grounds of the suit.
