Dollar cost averaging should ease a young persons mind

Buy gold and silver, the price is very good right now because the hedge fund directors had to liquidate their gold and silver to pay their margins because their stocks were tanked.
You can either buy the actual gold and silver and have another company hold it for you if it is in an IRA or you buy stock such as GLD or SLV for your IRA.
I am not a broker but I kicked one square in the grapes one time. :D
