          Game. Set. Election.

Can anyone honestly picture John McCain as THE president of the United States? Sincerely? Honestly?

You can vote for McCain all you want and he'll pick up the 5 or 6 or whatever votes Kansas has, but in the long run, it'll serve little purpose.

I hate to say it, but Obama has this one wrapped up.

I love how BO spews out how he is going to "tax the rich and give to the poor" yet he has absolutely no clue how it truly affects "Joe the Plumber."
Sure, it sounds good in Sherwood Forest, but that's the only place where it rings true. It may even buy enough votes to slide "Slick Willie Part 2" into the White House. That's when things will truly get scary.

The KC 11 types are as funny as it gets.
They are just like the barking dog tied to the front porch.
Sure, they raise hell as you walk by, but are they really going to do anything?
                    Not a chance.
Same goes with liberals. They talk a lot about all the changes and things they're going to do, but when it comes to paying for all of their grandiose plans, you can't find them with a search warrant.
Enter the old liberal standby - "Get the money from the rich. They have all of the jack."
Enter Barack Hussein Obama and his first grade plans to redistribute the wealth.
                    Enter Socialism. 8)
Above all, make the right call.

Barry O likes to say that peoples wages have gone down, yet he wants to tax the business that employs you. By raising their taxes and thus the cost of doing business, how does that end up getting you a raise? Oh but wait, he is going to take that tax money he collects and give you a check for a few hundred dollars, so you don't need a raise.
Well I have got news for you Barry O numb nuts, I would rather have a raise so get out of my employers pocket you freakin commy leach!

Cmon... don't you know it's the patriotic thing to do? Im still having a hard time believing BHO very well could be the next President. It's almost going to be like a fairy tale if he is elected on election day. It's unbelievable what people of a currently desperate country are willing to elect. My guess is this guy turns out way more liberal in power than anyone wants to believe... just look at his history. This isn't a guy to bring the two parties together.. this is a guy to force his way of life on everyone.

Market is in the dumps and Obama's answer is to raise the capital gains... that's really going to help the people that have lost make the money back. Not everyone has years to make the money back. My parents are near retirement and have lost a ton the last few weeks and Obama's going to do his best to make sure he makes it as tough as possible on them while spreading the wealth to everyone else.

The entire discussion is so stupid.....there aren't going to be any captial gains taxes to collect for a very, very long time.

If taxes are raised .01, on anyone, hang on tight folks. We are in for the worst days most of us have ever seen.

These are the 2 worst candidates for the top office I have ever seen. However, 1 won't raise taxes in a down economy, the other will.

If it's all about the economy, stupid, then there is only 1 choice, stupid.

Obama wins the post-debate polls b/c he is winning the race-horse polls.

Most folks say the person they are supporting "won" the debate.

Also, this "fact" that incomes have gone down is wrong.

Median family income is lower than it was a few years ago . . . because the size of a family has gone down. It is simple math.

If you look at average wages or per capita income, there's a different picture.

Well……I think McCain was better last night but not strong enough for me. This debate was probably the best of the three (although that is not saying much). A couple of quick points:

                                (1) McCain should have pointed out that Obama’s connection to Ayers, Wright, ACORN, etc. is not about guilt by mere association. These people and this organization support a particular political philosophy which Obama, by his own actions, seems to be at the very least sympathetic to -- that is the issue – not what Ayers, for example, did when Obama was 8 years old.

                                (2) The aforementioned should have been tied to the whole “Joe the Plumber” discussion – that is where it is relevant.

I have some other thoughts but I have to get ready for work.
