Wow Barry seems to be getting all the big time endorsements:
Hamas, Hezbola, Acorn, Castro, Bill the Bomber, Keith Overbite, etc...
Next up, Ward Churchill, Osama Bin Laden, and who knows maybe Charles Manson.
Kick 'em square in the grapes! (that can be very painful)

Also, why in their (world leaders) right minds would anyone endorse someone who is in favor of the war? They aren't happy with Bush and his party, so why would they endorse another Republican? Think about it. It's something a little kid could figure out.

Most probably think that the US would be willing to attack them too, so doesn't it only make sense to want the guy that is less likely to start a war win the presidency?

just because we shoot down his liberal talking points with facts, that doesn't mean it is a personal attack.

Yes, they want appeasers in office. Maybe Carter could come out of retirement to be Secretary of State. The current theocracy in Iran is due to his inaction.

Shockrates, you could explain in detail how Carter screwed the Iranian people over and brought them the Iatollah and the libs would still probably blame Bush.

No that one will be blamed on Nixon and Ford since they should have seen it coming given the autocratic ways of the Shah.

It's my opinion that Iran isn't so much concerned about the USA attacking them so much as interested in moving into Iraq and setting up shop for the future stake that may be available. With the USA present that's not going to happen. When the US withdraws then that opens a lot of doors.

That is true. If the US leaves, it makes it harder for them to attack Iran on the ground. But this war probably sent out a bad message to lots of countries, so they won't want a "war-supporter" to get elected. And even the comment McCain made, jokingly, about "Bomb, bomb, bomb...bomb, bomb Iran" probably didn't set well with the middle eastern countries.

Most of the world hates us. Europeans really hate Bush, so it would only be normal for them to not support a Republican.

But in all honesty, why does it matter who backs who for president? They're not Americans. They can say what they want, but we don't have to agree with it or even acknowledge it.

I personally don't want a guy that thinks we need more troops in Iraq (at least he did, I don't know what he thinks now). Four years of an "appeaser" might actually help out this country. Maybe get back on good terms with some countries. Maybe, just maybe, the US will be in better shape relations wise than they are now. That wouldn't hurt anyone.

This guy is not some rube in a cave in Afghanistan. He was, up until somebody wised up and threw him in prison, a practicing cleric at a large mosque in London. You would be amazed at how many Muslims love this guy in Europe. You go appease he and his followers all you want, just like Spain did and see what happens. Best of luck to you.

The surge is the reason that Iran is in better condition than before. It's a shame that the surge wasn't a strategy earlier. Bush and other leaders made errors and used losing strategies from almost the start.
