What is his timing for this? Will he start this the first day of his administration or will this be some day like 2014 in his 2nd term?

Has there been any reputable third party analysis and will this solve the issues with social security?

How much of increase in $150 Billion is this in R&D the governement is already supporting?

How does this fix our energy problems? How does tapping a 58 day supply of oil do anything long term?

As President Obama has said, the change we seek will take longer than one term or one presidency. Real change—big change—takes many years and requires each generation to embrace the obligations and opportunities that come with the title of Citizen.
