Is Davis actually the owner or just "managing partner" or something like that? Does he have majority ownership, or could they vote him out if they wanted to?

RH the one big difference is Oakland has committed huge cap dollars to some questionable players, while KC has tons of cap room. Now the question is do Oakland's gambles pay off, and what does KC do with the cap space?

He is the actual owner, he does it kind like Jerry Jones do it in Dallas, he owns the team and he handles the GM responsibilities
