  • Another you will not see on MSNBC - Sarah the Slasher

The democrats are famous for lies and distortions.

    Here is another example.

    *Yawn*
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

Amazing, the Dem's lies and distortions are just passed off as nothing. No wonder Barry comes across to them as credible.

Amazing, the Republicans lies and distortions and broken promises are almost never mentioned on this board.

The entire GOP shifting to the left and leaving conservatives basically unrepresented has been discussed quite a bit. Supporting bigger government is a major broken promise, IMO.

As for the original post, Dems always call small reductions in increases cuts. It's nothing new. The masses swallow it up like manna.

When they occur, you are welcome to post them. I assure you that my response, if any, will not be *Yawn*.

That response strongly implies, at least to me, that you acknowledge the lie/distortion, you consider it business as usual for your party/candidates, and big deal, so what.

That anyone would consider that spreading lies/distortions is an "okay" character trait of a candidate for President of the United States, or any public office, is more than a little strange, and that IS what that response said to me. And I darn sure object to that attitude regardless of which party/candidate you support.

By you and me and a few others but there are several on this forum who always blast the Democrat candidates and imply the Republican candidates have done or will do better. Perhaps they are campaigning for Republican candidates.

As for the GOP "shifting left" I am not sure what that means. To me they seem to have sold out to big business and big money and the global markets and have forgotten their constituents.

There are few real conservatives left. Both the Democrats and Republicans want more government in our lives, they just disagree about what they should tell us to do.
