Those clever democRATS. They remind me of Wiley Coyote.
They have no agreement yet they announce that they do have an agreement. That way when McCain comes to town they can say that they no longer have an agreement because McCain blew up the deal.
Then for plan "B" they brief Barry O and then send him in to do the talking so that they can claim that HE solved the crisis. OOoops, the problem is that Barry O didn't memorize his lines well enough and ended up blowing the deal himself!!
