Illness has forced me to stay inside all day............


I have learned this so far:


Only stupidity will cause Oklahoma to lose more than 1 game this year. They are really, really talented and Bradford may be the best of the best in the Big 12.

JoPa can still coach.

The ACC really blows.

Callahan will not be on Bo Pilini's Christmas card list. Things are not good in Huskerland. 3rd in the north will be a huge accomplishment. They better win at ISU or last is a real possibility.

Notre Dame sucks. A BAD SDSU team has pushed them around most of the day. SEVERAL questionable calls against SDSU in the 2nd half looks enough to save the Irish. They are really down.

SDSU got beat last week by Cal Poly. How can Notre Dame be this bad? It doesn't seem possible.

I hear ya Charlie. I've listened all off season how ND was reloading and on the road to being the ND of old.

Unless today was a mirage, and I don't think so, this is a team that is soft, small, slow and not particularly talented.

If they win 9+ games this year then their schedule is the worst in the country.


1 more thing......what do you do with East Carolina?

Btw, I'm not saying that ND is worse than SDSU but I am saying they couldn't finish above 8 in the Big 12.

Last? Are you crazy? The team had a down week and is in the 2nd game of a new scheme and coaching stuff. Im 50/50 on if Bo was the right choice but he won't let this team finish last. I don't myself expect miracles from this team but they will finish better than last. SJSU is a horrible team no defending that but watch last weeks game and you likely woulden't come to the same conclusion.

I also expect wins against CU (did you catch that game today?) and KSU

And btw it's Pelini

yea i agree, they will be fine, i think it will be between us and Colorado for 3rd in the North. IMO they need to let Helu be the featured back and put lucky in on passing situations only.

Agree. Lucky looks lost this year and Castille has lost the power ... I like Lucky but his running skills haven't improved.. Helu is the only one of the bunch that looks like a real threat right now running the ball.

Well I thought both Va Tech and WVU were a little overrated but still they went on the road and beat both of those teams. They definitely deserved to be ranked.

Who is the "us"? I don't follow the north too closely except for Nebraska and maybe KU and K-State when they're good. I'm more of an Sooner fan since the days of Billy Sims, the Selmon brothers, and before.

surprised not to see KSU on that top 10 list as well. Thought their schedule was usually weaker than the Jayhawks was. On a side note, did anybody catch that HORRIBLE unsportsmanlike conduct call on Washington that cost them a chance to tie the game against BYU? Absolutely horrible call.
