She had been a judge of the team before and always gives them low scores dispite the other judges giving them high scores, He requested she be replaced as a judge. She accused him of racism.I have come here to chew bubblegum and kickass ... and I'm all out of bubblegum.Comment

It was a national debate competition held back in March. They were doing confrontational debates at the time. Each team can eliminate two judges who gave them the lowest scores for previous debates. She was claiming that they eliminated her as a judge because she's black. I'm not sure why she started arguing with the coach from FHSU. I figured that he said something and it snow-balled from there.

From what I understand, the debates centered around racial issues. Here is a link for the original debates that preceded the incident. All I know is that I wouldn't want either of these instructors teaching my children. What eventually happened can in no way be called a debate, IMO.
