Hey, how about that Michael Phelps?
Can you believe all the food he puts away? Good grief! And here I thought my 14-year-old son had a hollow leg. :)
Turns out he doesn't, though he does have a smart mouth (can't imagine where he gets that from ;-) ).
I was questioning aloud how Phelps could manage to maintain his physique, not to mention his speed and stamina, after seeing his eating habits. My son informed me, not so delicately, that Phelps probably maintains his weight best via the bathroom, in addition to his high calorie-burning workouts and conditioning, of course. :)
 I knew this day would come...I think I've just lost him to his father.  ... 8)"She is only HALF a mother who does not see HER child in EVERY child." - Anonymous

So I am overweight by a few (30 or so) pounds. But my blood pressure is right where a skinny person's is. I don't know about the cholesterol, but I'm guessing it's high. So does that make me 1/2 healthy? How about 1/3 healthy? I was running for a while, then got too busy to keep it up. Guess I need to start it again.
