The sad thing is I got called for a charge my FR year that was worse than the one above. The team was pressing us and I handled the ball and pulled a spin move about 2 feet in front of the defender when the official called me for an offensive foul. I knew it was coming because I'd complained about the muggings he refused to call the previous few plays. Lets just say my arms were slapped so much they were a nice red color.
I knew better considering the official and didn't want to give him a chance to screw me over. He did it anyway. The defender was as confused as I was and had a look on his face I'll never forget. I think he actually felt bad for the call. He'd just stood there and didn't even act like there was any contact.
And to make things worse, I think I have to work with him early in the coming season...Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

Does anyone else remember the play in 2003 vs. Creighton at the Coliseum where we were being pressed/trapped, and Craig Steven picked his dribble up, proceeded to slam the ball to the floor in frustration, only to resume dribbling down the floor and dish to another Shocker for a layup?
Priceless.

Yeah thats bad...I had a bad call go against my MAYB team I coach this summer. Ref calls a foul on the floor and waves off the shot, player goes to the line and hits the first free throw. Nothing out the ordinary so far...now the ref walks over to scorer tables and says they are going to count the initial basket, and call the free throw good for an and one. Needless to say the official got an earful and I got a free pass off the bench.
