  • $250 Off Your Next Ebay Purchase

Don't know if this has been posted on here already, but figured it wouldn't hurt to be posted again. If any of you use Ebay, here's a way to save some serious cash. This has been around for a month or so, but I just finally tried it. Microsoft is trying to buy our loyalty and I don't mind letting them. If you go to www.live.com which is Microsoft's search engine and type in something like "cheap laptops" the item at the very top will be an ad for 20% off your purchase on Ebay. You have 60 minutes from the moment you click on the link to find what you want and buy it. You have to use "Buy it now" and pay with Paypal. Microsoft refunds you 20% up to $250 60 days after your purchase.

I went ahead and purchased a laptop, since I've been looking at getting one anyway. Including Microsoft's cash back and some other Ebay coupons I had, I saved $550 on my laptop.

For a full description on how this works, read the second post on this thread: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/topi...838081&start=0

If you're not needing any kind of big purchase, there are ways to save money with your every day purchases. You can go on Ebay and buy something like a $500 gift card to Walmart, Kroger or somewhere you would spend that kind of money and get your 20% off that.
