  • Former NBA player homeless

I just read this and found it interesting. It's a sad situation and I hope everything works out for him.

Hope things work out for him.

I lost track of a friend of mine around a decade ago and finally ran into him and he had been homeless for a few years. In his case the place where he worked at closed and his wife promptly divorced him and was shorly thereafter homeless. The stuff homeless people go through to survive is amazing (living in a car, trying to keep warm in a Kansas winter using candles, bathing in fountains, etc).

Instead of becoming a millionaire, Pace, 54, frequents the Millionair Club, another downtown facility for the destitute that provides meals and job leads.

It's called the Millionair Club?! What the hell...
