I think she scores, but for only about a million. The fact that she was 17 will weigh heavily, but, obviously, she grew up fast after that.

If she was in fact only 17 at the time I'm sure she'll get something. But I don't buy the crap about not understanding that she'd be used in video by being a part of Girls Gone Wild. ALL those girls that hang out around Joe know what's going on and they ALL want to be a part of it. At least at the time. And IF the story Joe told about that time she should be thankful to him. He claims that she'd been abandoned by friends and couldn't afford a bus ticket back home. She hung out with them for a few days and Joe paid for the ticket. Of course that's his story that I heard a month or so ago.

If she provided evidence she was 18 when she signed the contract (which I think is likely), and the contract wasn't broken, then she shouldn't get a thing except having the contract voided from this point forward.

Unless she can produce witnesses that will say she was too visibly drunk to make a decision, that shouldn't matter either.

No, they would get sued because the person would have holed in the door from the knives they tried to throw out (Didn't tell them anywhere you should open up the door to throw them out), and for the broken window that their coffee maker went through (again, your negligence, you should have told them they have to open window before attempting to throw it out).
