I always thought it was because we were north of the "IHOP-Waffle House" line. Then I see one in KC.
I love me some waffle house. -
We are not on a major interstate travel line, we don't have a lot of demand for after hours food, and most people here are too upscale for waffle house, at least in their own mind.Comment

I bet a Waffle House would do great near Wichita State on Hillside. Maybe in between Wesley and WSU on Hillside. Get the drunk college students, just drunk people in general I suppose, the hospital people and people who just like Waffle House.
