Interesting event.... I don't recall WSU doing this in the past.

Eight Wichita-area car dealerships will have more than 500 used cars available on the Charles Koch Arena parking lot for purchase by the public 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., April 18 -19 at the Shock-Car Sale for Scholarships, WSU Associate AD Brian Pracht announced today.
