There's a surprisingly good band hosting a jam at the Elbow Room on Thursdays. Guitar player is worth the time to have a few brews with friends.Band starts (closer than most) at 9. You can listen to a set and still be home by 10:45.
Elbow Room is a block west of Hydraulic on the south side of Pawnee.
I've got some musicians put together who will probably be showing up there in a coupler of weeks.
Bass player was invited to and played at an International Association of Jazz Educators in New Orleans. Keyboard player has been the touring keyboard player with The Gregg Allman Band. Singer is a silky smooth woman with the best song selection I've ever seen. A little on the jazzy side of blues with some straight blues and some classic Rock (White Rabbit).
Vicki Ross (vocals) is an absolute and awesome entertainer. There are better vocalists out there, but few, if any, better entertainers. I can't some up with a single signature song of hers, so I'll link 2.
