Great fighter, probably the best, but he was a racist a-hole during his time with Nation of Islam. I don't understand how people put him up there as the second coming. Sorry, but he is not someone I would tell my sons to model themselves after. Yes he spurred some great conversation about race and led the movement to for conscientious objecter's during the draft. He was a one of a kind man, great entertainer, and a world class athlete. In my view however, he was not the man he was later made out to be. May he rest in peace though, it is definetly a huge loss in the world of sports.
