Attended WSU for three full years. Got married, finished up @ UCO in Edmond, OK as WSU would have been my first choice but I worked for Santa Fe Railroad as a station clerk at the time and could not hold a job in Wichita by one short year (3 people working at the yard office had less than one year on me). I always felt my success in life was due to the great business/accounting department at WSU. My senior year at UCO I worked 2 jobs - 60 hours a week and still got a 3.5 GPA. After the professors I had at WSU, UCO was a breeze.
My late brother went through ROTC @ WSU, graduated in 1967 with dual degrees in math and philosophy. He went on to a degree in meteorology from A&M and was a meteorologist in the Air Force for about 10 years.
