My girlfriend bought us tickets for my 18th birthday, went and saw them at Henry Levitt Arena. Really good show, certainly should be in the Rock and Roll HOF.

Corey's passing also made me think about Hoyt Axton, from Oklahoma City, who wrote several of their biggest hits.

Now that's a cool fact. Obviously songwriting was in their dna. Hoyt wrote (or co-wrote) 'Joy to the world', 'never been to Spain' among others.

Is that the same Hoyt Axton who invented the "Bathroom Buddy"?
