Here is an article that shows both the freeze frame photo showing the separation Butler closed and a video of the play.

Very interesting, the WR didn't really sell the "out" very much which allowed Butler to break on the "in." Shows that little things make a huge difference. Its crazy you can freeze it with the ball 1/2 way there and it still looks like the WR has a better shot at it than the CB!!
