I am confused by your post. Are you saying that lying under oath to Congress should be ignored? I think this (i.e. lying under oath to a Senate or House committee without penalty) may already occur too often but in a case where it is clear at the time of testimony that one or the other of the parties is lying, how could a person justify not asking the Justice Department to investigate?
