Harold Reynolds thinks Strickland was yelling at himself, and Perez thought he was yelling at him. I'm not sure I buy that, though.

I have always liked Harold Reynolds as an analyst. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. His explanation is plausible. And I can see a young guy like Strickland getting mad at himself and then when the situation presents itself, gets after someone else. But Strickland doesn't want to mess with Salvy. Salvy will plant him.

Strickland has a history this postseason of jawing with guys who just took him yard, according to some things I saw run through my twitter feed a few minutes ago.

That should answer any questions about how the Royals will react after the adversity of a loss. Let's go Royals!

That got deleted, but it now says "Strickland's Career almost ended in Game 2 of the 2014 World Series when he mouthed off and the Royals cleared their bench."

He certainly has had ample opportunity to foster the growth of that history.

I will feel much better about the series if we win tomorrow night.

Strickland is lucky the umpire calmed things down or Salvy would have gone all Nolan Ryan on him.

Regarding Strickland, I'd be yelling at myself too if I'd just tied a MLB record for homeruns surrendered in a single post-season.

Was there a Bo Jackson sighting towards the end of the video? Yep, I guess Google is my friend.

"Before Jackson finished his career in California he played two seasons with the Chicago White Sox, appearing in 23 games in 1991 and 85 games in 1993. It was with the White Sox that he made his only post-season appearance, in the 1993 American League Championship Series, which Chicago lost to the Toronto Blue Jays in six games.

While with the Sox, Jackson promised his mom that once he returned from his hip replacement surgery that he would hit a home run for her. Before he could return, his mother died. In his first at bat after surgery he hit a home run to right field. Jackson had the ball encased in acrylic and bolted to the dresser in her room, according to an interview on ESPN.

In his eight baseball seasons, Jackson had a career batting average of .250, hit 141 home runs and had 415 RBIs, with a slugging average of .474. His best year was 1989, with his effort earning him All-Star status. In 1989, Bo ranked fourth in the league in both home runs, with 32, and RBI, with 105."
