Ventura had another good night of pitching last night. What's the Over/Under of when he will have to have Tommy John surgery? 1 year? 2 years? It seems like all of the good young pitchers go through it at some point nowadays.
It will be at the time the Royals can least afford to be without a starter.
Much like the timing of Luke Hochevar this year. At least Wade Davis is settling into the setup role pretty well. But it would have been nice to have had both those guys in the pen.
