Don't blame Jamaal for anything. Currently, the Chiefs offense is about as vanilla as you can get. The NFL knows that the Chiefs lack a viable deep threat speedster to help D-Bowe on the other side. The 5 to 10 yard hitches, slants and waggles are what defenses are expecting out of the passing game. They know the Chiefs lack the ability to lengthen the field with deep routes. Since the defenses are playing up, this also inhibits Jamaal's ability to go off.

The Chiefs desperately need that deep threat WR. If we can get one of those, and another quality DB opposite of Flowers and our O-line to get a little better, then maybe this team is AFC Championship quality.
