Hopefully some of you can access it and hopefully those that do try and watch with a clear and open mind.
Recently Houston TX hosted the North American heat for the Redbull BCONE competition which pits some of the worlds top dancers against each other. Please keep in mind this is a HIP HOP event. I said HIP HOP and not a rap music event.
The performance you see is by a crew called HAVIKoro (havik - coreO) who about a week before this event lost one of their brothers to a car accident where a drunk driver crashed into him. The whole premise of the performance is a shout out to those that come before and after them, their inspirations as well as a tribute to their fellow brother Nat.
I guess the purpose of me posting this is to share something very beautiful and inspirational with you. I know about 99% of you will read the words "hip hop" and automatically dismiss this as a bunch of gangbanging minorities who degrade women do drugs and hurt innocent people. And if this is what you want to believe that is fine however I will urge you to watch and see that your ideology is completely wrong.
