I saw a thread about this on the Phog and can't get it out of my head. If you have a few minutes, sit down and prepare to shake your head. The idea that great athletes are this far above the law is flat out scary. The Stevens article is particularly disturbing.

I read this awhile ago. Very interesting that it's all coming out now that Slick Rick is at the helm at UCLA.

And it probably happens at most major universities too. That is absolutely terrible that they refuse to hold athletes accountable and go as far as twisting legal documents for their benefit.
