As a parent, I can't begin to imagine what these families have gone through and continue to go through. I know nobody has questioned this, but in reading about how the schools handled the situation, I don't disagree with anything that was done. For the safety of the students, teachers and parents, they absolutely did the right thing.

Tornado watch issued a couple hours ahead of time. Tornado warning issue at 2:40pm, first damage at 3:16pm.
