I'm in the middle of watching this now and I don't think I've ever seen two people that resistant to criticism. That has to be one of the most dysfunctional working environments in existence where laws aren't being obviously broken. The people of Scottsdale must be incredibly forgiving for them to be in business at least 2.5 years.
