Multiple turnovers plus some completely terrible officiating leads to a Chiefs loss against what is supposed to be a good Ravens team. Pretty sad.

That call against Dex was petty and piss poor. However crappy they were playing, they were playing the best and holding up-- somewhat. Brady played like a savior.

Chiefs OT Eric Winston comments on KC fans being dirtbags.

KC fans not really different than any other fans base although perhaps a little more frustrated than most. Top the frustration with the Chiefs with carryover frustration/resignation with the Royals, add a little alcohol to the mix and you have a combustible brew.

Kind of interesting to hear an NFL Football player doesn't think they are gladiators. Isn't that pretty much what they are? Highly paid gladiators but gladiators nevertheless.

If Cassel doesn't fumble on that QB sneak (which Ed Reed apparently though was obvious, since it's an audible that Tom Brady calls all the time) then it's not an issue. That said, there were some pretty interesting calls, like on the pick play where the defender lowers his shoulder into McCluster and initiates contact. PI could have easily been called on the interception that Bowe hit up in the air as well, although Bowe still needs to make that catch.

I really, really thought we were going to win that game when Quinn came in and converted on that third down. The defense played amazingly well, save for the 16 yard Flacco run. If the D is able to stop that, who knows what happens.

Also, things are starting to get even more ugly, if possible. Fans are angry, now we have players making comments about the fans. Yes, there's some idiots that were cheering for Cassel being injured. Is it fair for Winston to say 70,000 fans were cheering for Cassel being down? No, of course not. And for Antonio Pierce to say this is worse than anything that has happened in Philly.. what a joke.

And the whole thing is being blown out of proportion by the media. Yes, there were a smattering of cheers, which I would say were a gut reaction to the possibility of finally getting Cassell our of the game and before anyone realized that it might be anything more than Cassell just getting shaken-up a bit. After all, the hit Cassell took didn't even look that hard.

Chiefs fans are frustrated and angry. You have a GM who pushed all-in with a career backup who hasn't proven his worth as a starter; skilled and talented players given their walking papers for "long-term improvement", which hasn't yielded any improvement at all (Gonzalez, Allen and others); unbelieveably bad draft choices; hiring of coordinators as head coaches who can't handle the head job; ticket prices going through the roof; and, a franchise receiver who is a prima donna douchebag.

How does this franchise essentially stand pat in the offseason? How are the fans supposed to react?
