USA: +180

Netherlands has a 69.2% implied chance of winning on fanduel.
USA has a 35.7% implied chance of winning on fanduel.

If I add those percents I get: 104.9%. I suppose that's because there is a spread/rake for the bookies?

So I just remove the spread by dividing the above percents by 104.9 ...

Netherlands chance: 65.968%
USA chance: 34.032%

I wouldn't even say the odds on paper would be 25%. Now, I think the US has a really good chance to win, but on paper the Dutch side is probably a heavy favorite. I saw somewhere that the Dutch are a -112 favorite, which would mean you need to bet $112 to win $100.

The Dutch have some firepower. Honestly most of the Round of 16 teams do. We're gonna have to be beasts on the defensive end, and conjure up a way to score, or try to get to PKs where I think Matt Turner can hang with the world's best by getting us a critical save.
