Suh's explanation was worse than the act itself. Who does he think he is kidding. A guess that's what your get from a boy named Suh!

You just have to punish these guys where it hurts, and punish them hard. Suh was fined $7500 last summer for a vicious hit in the preseason on Jake Delhomme.

$7500 for a guy who signed a $40,000,000 contract. To put that in perspective, if you make $100,000/year for 5 years, it's about a $95 fine. You get worse for not buckling your seat belt.

How about $3,500,000 to the charity of choice of the guy at the receiving end of the attack?

How about matching $3,500,000 checks, one from Suh to that charity, the other from the Lions to the Green Bay general fund. That might entice the organization to put pull the reigns in a little on this freak show and it all might make the next guy think twice.

We aren't talking about a first offense here...nor are we talking about a football related hit (that can be tough to control I admit). This was a repeat offender who hasn't been fazed by past penalties and discussions and who will eventually really hurt someone, maybe even permanently if allowed to continue.

There is no place for this. NONE.

The stomp was out of line. But the NFL needs to stop being a bunch of vaginas.

I don't know how you could could say the nfl is going to hard on Suh. If anything they have gave him to many chances - he has a whole highlight reel if cheap shots .

Then I don't understand your point your were trying to make in regards to the topic of Suh.

There's a difference between playing hard, violent football vs. a d-bag who constantly delivers cheap shots.

I think Sauce's point was everything Suh gets in terms of punishment is well deserved, but the overall amount of flagged and fined hits are getting silly in relation to the intent of the rules changes last year.

                    Am I right Sauce?

Close. The latter is spot on. In Suh's case He's going to get suspended and he rightfully he should. Stomping like that has no place in the league. The NFL in general is becoming a league of bitchassness. Many of the plays are questionable at best. Its not like he just running after people 3 minutes after the play is over and hitting them. Does he carry it a bit far? yeah probably. He does a really good job of tight walking that line. And it doesnt help his case when he does **** like this. I honestly dont see whats wrong with how he plays the game.

The NFL has not determined exactly how long Suh will be suspended, but league officials believe two games will be the minimum. Sources say the league also could require Suh attend anger management courses.

The Lions are expected to issue the maximum $25,000 fine allowable under the new CBA for a player being ejected from a game. Team president Tom Lewand has been in communication with league officials. If Suh is suspended, the Lions also would have to pay a $50,000 fine because team members will have been fined more than $100,000.
