Not the same, but reminds me of my sisters event 20 years ago. She was rear ended by a Cargo van, and not wearing her seatbelt, she hit her head on the windshield. She went unconscious, and when she came to, two men were in the car;
wearing undershirts. One was taking care of her two young daughters and the other had his hands on her neck and he said, “everyone okay. Please look forward and don’t move your head.” He had his hands wrapped around her neck.
the paramedics arrived and put her in a neck brace and took them off to the ER. It turns out she had a non-displaced hangman’s fracture. If she had moved her head, there is a chance that she would have displaced the fracture and died. All that was left of the two strangers were the two white dress shirts that were used to clean the blood off the nose and mouth of her daughters.Livin the dreamComment
