Well winter is coming, but spring/summer might have one last say next week.
The 5th-6th of November time frame is quite interesting as the strongest system to come through the plains since May 25th or so is headed this way. There are multiple modes of weather possible, depending on location in the state. I am quite concerned of a severe weather outbreak across the Central Plains, and on into the SE. After the system moves through there is a chance for some snow in the extreme northern parts of KS.
As with all storms at this time of the year, moisture return will be critical, but its been looking good so far. SPC has already used some strong wording for this system.
