  • Chargers vs Chiefs - MNF Edition

A share of 1st place is on the line, which is remarkable after the horrible start we had. I love how hard these guys play for Haley. Arrowhead should be rocking on Monday Night.

It should be a good game. We only lost by 3 to them in SD after Haley & Cassell's blowup on the sideline there. That is the moment our passing game seemed to take off.

Really looking fwd to this one. I want to see an increased role from Jon Baldwin and Jackie and a decreased roll with Jones and a different role from dex. More of the same from Javier Arenas. This team has me excited once again.

Easy guys. Just as soon as the Chiefs gets fans excited and expectations are created, that's usually when they fall flat on their cheeks.

They haven't exactly beaten the 1995 Dallas Cowboys. They beat a very bad Indy team, a very bad Minnesota team, and a totally different Oakland team without a quarterback and offense.

          We'll see what happens.

No reason to think they cant win this one tho. San Diego only beat us by 3 at their place and that was before we started to click on offense and defense, then add in the fact this is a prime time game in arrowhead. I'd say we have a pretty good shot.

You're also talking about a Chiefs team that's missing its star players as well.

When you're not even close to full potential, wins are pretty nice to get. Especially when you shut out a rival on the road.

For whatever reason it always seems like the Chiefs do well against Rivers. The crowd is gonna be loud at Arrowhead and, IMO, this game sets the tone for the rest of the season.

I have a feeling... That the Chiefs are going to do work.

The officials refuse to overrule the McCluster fumble call, but then overturn the Cassel forward pass? That is absolutely ridiculous!

I don't understand either of those calls. It looks like the Chiefs might dodge the bullett after this turnover if they don't do something stupid on this 3rd and 32.

Chiefs win 23-20 in OT after Phillip Rivers fumbles in regulation to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
