I'm not the least bit surprised by the TSA agent suing her victim here. That's the way America seems to work any more. It's a sad thing. There's no way a jury would side with the TSA agent and I'm pretty sure her lawyer knows that. This was nothing more than once again trying to intimidate the victim into silence. That's obviously not going to work.
