Olympic Marathoner Ryan Hall on Running & Faith

It's an old blog post but none the less relevant, knowing there are a lot of fellow Christians on this forum I thought many of my fellow Shockernetters will find this blog post by Ryan worthwhile. Endurance running, even as a recreational middle of the pack runner such as myself is very time intensive but rewarding. I find the "runner's high" to be cathartic and spiritual.

I've only had a runners high once in my life.

Though I felt high after winning a state championship this spring, best feeling in my life.
