I posted like three years ago in the IBA Anticipation that the act that I wanted to see most in IBA was Kanye West and Jay-Z concert, well it turns out they are touring this fall. But looking at the venues IBA would not be a possible one, to small, bad market, but they aren't coming to KC (yet).
They may still sign up to come, and if they do I am going.
