That has an easy explanation...2/3's of those attending were KU fans who only went to see their beloved Bill Self for $1.95.

It isn't surprising Self and KU fans would like this event. After dealing with the KU ticket office, they must have felt right at home at Get Motivated.

But on a serious note, it baffles me why he would attach himself to an event whose sole purpose is to swindle money out of it's attendees (fellow Kansans).

I suspect that the local speakers only know two thing: the name of the seminar and how much they are getting paid to speak.

I'm much more surprised about the other celebrity speakers. They speak at a lot of these GM! seminars and surely know what they are about.

But in many ways, they are no different. It's all about the $$$.
